Where did she go?
Last night Marty and I put Elizabeth to bed. She always plays in her room, sometimes for an hour before she actually falls asleep. She is really good about playing quietly and not screaming for us to come get her. Every night before Marty and I head off to bed we always check on Elizabeth just in case she fell asleep on the floor and we have to put her back in bed or she needs covers over her. Well...last night was a bit unusual. I went in to check on her and looked around and couldn't find her. I called Marty in and asked, "Where is she?" That's a bit strange that you go to check on your daughter and she isn't in sight. Talk about a mild panic attack. Marty looked behind the door...no daughter. He looked in the closet...she was sleeping on the floor in the closet. There really isn't much room in there so it's hard for me to believe that she can fit. She was sleeping with her knees tucked under her...into a little ball. It was super hilarious to find her there. So today...nap time...where does she go?...the closet...again. I think it's to get some darkness since her room is so bright.

what a scary moment. We have definitely had a few of those with Connor but we found him under his bed and not in the closet. We had to start putting stuff under there so he couldn't fit but now he just likes to sleep on the floor like his dad.
That makes me laugh. Kids are so funny!
