The countdown
We are on 2 days and counting until our amnio. Right now I am scheduled to be in Eugene at 9:30 Wednesday morning. Based on the results of the amnio either go in to the hospital Thursday night or we will have to wait until Mon/Tues of next week. Of course the 1st option is what we are really hoping for, but at the same time we really want to make sure our baby will be ready to come. It also feel like no matter how much I prepare to have a baby come, I don't feel prepared at all. There seems to be so many things that need to get done. One of our hold-ups already this week is sick kids. Marty and I spent the majority of the night up with the kids. Not just 1, but 2 were throwing up constantly last night. I think we both managed to get maybe 3 hours of sleep, of course waking up at intervals to take the kids to the toilet. This is definitely not the fun part of parenting.

Hopefully it was just a 24 hr bug and you guys don't get it. Here's to hoping for a healthy baby who's ready to come when he's supposed to. ;-) did you end up having to call your dr. last week to request an induction for Mon/Tues? At least you'll have him by the end of next week. I can't wait to see picts of him to see if he looks like Martin.
